All products are shipped via freight only. Once your order has been processed, you will receive tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Our shipping rates vary depending on the size of the order. You can see our flat rates below:
$0.01 to $500 orders = $299
$500.01 to $1,000 orders = $399
$1,000.01 to $2,000 orders = $550
$2,000.01 to $3,000 orders = $690
$3,000.01 to $4,000 orders = $790
$4,000.01 to $5,000 orders = $850
$5,000.01 to $6,000 orders = $960
$6,000.01 to $7,000 orders = $1190
$7,000.01 to $10,000 orders = $1500
$10,000.01 and above orders = $2500
Freight is subject to change after the order is placed due to changes to freight rates in the industry. The website shipping rates are estimated, a customer service rep will reach out to you with the correct and accurate shipping rate if it’s different than what was estimated on our website.

Transit Time
The usual transit time once your order is shipped is estimated to be 5-7 business days. This is only an estimate, we will provide you with the tracking number once your order is shipped.
Delivery Inspection
It is crucial to inspect your items upon delivery. Before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD), please follow these steps:
- Inspect All Packages: Carefully check each box for visible damage.
- Document Any Damage: If you notice any damage, take clear photographs of the affected items and boxes.
- Note Damage on the POD: Clearly indicate the quantity of damaged boxes on the POD before signing it.
Important Note
Once the freight carrier has picked up the materials from our warehouse and the items are in transit, they become non-returnable. If you fail to document any damages or note them on the POD at the time of delivery, we will be unable to assist you with replacements, exchanges, or refunds.
Damaged Goods
If you have followed the inspection procedure and your items arrive damaged, please contact our customer service team with your documented evidence within 48 hours of delivery. We will guide you through the next steps for resolution.
